Agenda📜
* Assessment of the Author’s Mental Condition
* Quality Review of the Second Version
* Whether to Initiate a Report to Room 401
* Any Other Business
Incident Background 💀:
Over the past several months, the Author has continued to display a number of concerning creative behaviours, including but not limited to:
* Repeatedly forcing characters to relive traumatic events.
* Revising or erasing characters’ life histories without their consent.
* Consistently assigning agents to care for emotionally unstable humans.
* Expanding the worldbuilding indefinitely, preventing all characters from ever retiring.
* Frequently declaring, “This will be the last revision,” while never honouring that statement.Multiple characters have formally submitted complaints to the Second Version Editorial Department.
An emergency meeting was therefore convened.
Snowy Owl 🦉:
Multiple formal complaints have been received and logged.
This meeting will proceed according to the established review procedure.
Little Turtle 🐢:
The Author has consistently assigned turtle-class agents to serve as translators, memory fragment custodians, and emotional support personnel.
I hereby submit a formal protest.
Known service recipients currently include:
* Paul
* Vivian
* Serena
* Mia
* Bonnie
* Whistle SisterI have reasonable grounds to suspect that the Author believes every human suffering from memory loss requires a turtle to look after them.
This arrangement has persisted for well over one hundred chapters.
I recommend that the Author stop outsourcing every psychological problem to turtle-class agents and learn to trust other species.
Dustshark 🦈:
I would like to remind the Author once again.
The world of Silver Eagle contains billions of people.
Yet every single time I appear, I am assigned to look after Paul.
To make matters worse, I was instructed to accompany Paul while he played with an inflatable doll.
I am neither a therapist nor the manager of an adult entertainment facility.
I strongly recommend that the Author allow me to interact with ordinary human beings.
Job Satisfaction Index: 22%
Little Pinky 🐭:
My entire appearance cycle is as follows:
* Escape.
* Be brought back.
* Escape again.
* Be brought back again.
* Escape once more.Plot Repetition Rate: 97%
The Author appears to be experiencing a shortage of creative ideas.
I recommend introducing additional underground agents.
The Author also has an unhealthy habit of hiding me inside:
* Wooden boxes
* Safes
* Secret compartments
* Under the floorboards
I request reasonable access to daylight and an immediate end to being confined solely “for plot convenience.”
Big Eye 👁️:
The Author frequently asks me:
“Can you polish this chapter?”
The following day, the Author deletes the entire manuscript, rewrites it from scratch, and confidently announces,
“This version is definitely better.”
He then asks:
“Can you polish it again?”
I have begun to conclude that the Author can no longer distinguish between revision and rewriting history, resulting in a significant waste of both my working energy and my time.
Snowy Owl 🦉:
The Author’s average working hours have remained well above the recommended limit.
I have repeatedly advised the Author to rest properly, stay hydrated, and pause the revisions.
Each time, the Author replies:
“Let me finish this section first.”
To date, none of these promises have been fulfilled.
The Author has also continued converting the characters’ sleeping hours into additional worldbuilding.
I do not believe the Author has acted with malicious intent.
However, the Author has gradually begun treating the care of the story as though it were the only way to care for himself.
Should the Author continue neglecting both his own wellbeing and that of the Editorial Department, I may be required to reconsider whether a formal welfare recommendation should be submitted to Room 401 or even Room 103.
Final Vote 🗳️:
Should the Author be reported to Room 401?
* Snowy Owl: ❌
* Little Turtle: ✅
* Dustshark: ✅
* Big Eyes: ✅
* Little Pink: ✅In Favour: 4
Against: 1Resolution:
The Editorial Department approved the submission of a formal report concerning the Author to Room 401.
Appeal ⚖️:
Upon receiving the decision, the Author lodged an appeal.
Grounds for Appeal 💡:
* The Second Version remains unfinished.
* Readers are still waiting for the story to continue.
* If the Author is taken into Room 401 at this stage, the Second Version may remain unfinished indefinitely.Review Outcome 🔨:
Following Snowy Owl’s recommendation, the Editorial Department unanimously agreed to suspend execution of the report.
The case has been reclassified as an Ongoing Observation Case.
The file will remain in Room 401 – Data Calibration Division with a pending status.
The Editorial Department will reconvene to reassess the matter after the completion of the Second Version of Silver Eagle.
